yes you could put it in a bigger pot. the bigger the pot the more roots it will produce.

in the pic it looks like your drowning your seedling. is there drain holes in the bottom of that cup?

you a pot that is not translucent..roots hate light and so do most most microorganisms in the soil(thats more for organics)

It looks absolutly soaked. And you also need to get it into a real growing container that has holes for drainage. I also agree with Houston...them roots need to be in the dark

What lights are you using? That plant really does not look too good.

You sure do.I'd transplant into a 2 gal pot for another 3 weeks till you sex them.

i dont know about the best soil, because everyone has different opinions.
i like bx pro-mix or sunshine mix.
something with moisture control and drains well.

you really do not want anything with slow release fertilizer that will feed for 3 months. you want control of what nutes and how much is given.
