First outdoor grow

I started them back in the spring (bag seed- Lemon sour diesel) under light for the first, probably 2-3 weeks. Once they were big enough to withstand the harsh outdoors I transplanted 2 of the 3 plants I had started into pots and left them in my backyard (the part of it that gets sun 70% of the day). The third plant was a sure runt, I didnt think it would survive, I planted it in a garden bed next to my herbs (in the soil, in the ground). The two plants took off on growing and have done really well. The third plant in the ground struggled for the first few months of being outside, but recently with the heat, no rain, and steady winds, all 3 plants are extremely sturdy and to my knowledge healthy.

My biggest issue is the leaf's on the bottom of the potted plants are dying, not sure if they just are not getting enough sun or maybe its nutrient burn. And the ant issue. A big ol colony of ants have been terrorizing my plants for a while now, dont want to use a spray on my plants so maybe flooding them would be the way to go :/

For nutrients, I use a 24-8-16 npk, but, they are in like, miracle grow single packets for each feed, so I figured as to not burn them I best take those nutes down to a 1/4 strength. So, if my calculations are correct, I should be using 6-2-4.

Thanks!

Hay man there looking great so far, those leaves are probably yellowing from being root bound or bugs, but also plants as they get older will drop there older leaves as they grow, but I'd say it's root bound, also you don't have nut burn, you will notice tips of leaves and fresh growth will burn first from nut burn, ants aren't always bad but if they are affecting your plants then you need to do something, there are many organic solutions out there just google it bro

Hey all! Thanks for the replies! @Rickm1962 Nice looking plants! Where I live the max size of weed plants is actually 1 metre so I am actually trying to stop them from growing any taller. To both you and @~MoE~ , I bought some "hs plantlife- EASY BLOOM 3-6-6". I hear you arent supposed to use flowering fertz until 3 weeks of flowering cycle has elapsed but I talked to a lady at the nearby dispensary and she said they should not only be showing signs of sex but be starting to flower as the days are now getting shorter. So, I checked the plants, all female. All showing signs of flowering and sex so I am thinking of starting the first dose. On the nute bottle is says standard dose is 2tsp bloom/1gal water, the aggressive dose is 1tbsp bloom/1gal water, and the late flower is 2tbsp bloom/1gal water.

Thanks all!
