First Outdoor grow -- White Widow

Well I came across a feminized White Widow seed and figured, why the hell not?! Started a little late for my area (June - East Coast) however, everything is looking good so far. Had a few issues early on with the soil I was using (fox farm light warrior from seed to 3 weeks) without feeding the plant it was not enough nutes for her, I transplanted with about 20% light warrior and 80% FFoF and started feeding with technaflora and some advanced nutes. I figure she should start showing signs of flowering in another 2 weeks or so.
When should I switch from veg nutes to flower? Someone recommended to start them about a week into the stretch.
I've only done indoor grows where it is clear when you start flowering by switching the lights but how do I judge this in nature? Once I see preflowrrs or pistils? Wouldn't that be too late technically? Here is some pics and will keep this up to date.

I just topped about 5 days ago and am about to tie down the plant to LST today.

I should have started her a month earlier, tried a different bean two weeks prior to this one and it never sprouted, so that screwed me up. But I ran into the seed when I did so I will be happy for anything, I also have to worry about stealth so the height being short prior to its stet have is good in my situation. Any advice or tips is greatly appreciated!

Update on the girl, July 26.

LST has been started and she is developing a nice flat canopy, I wish I got her in the ground sooner the size is a little small but for a first grow outside I'm pleased, just wanted to get something in the ground. One is better then none!

someone told me I may have slight nute lockout and that it was over fed but I don't agree, any other opinions?
