Ok soo its my first time growing outdoor and growing canabis in general, soo im what u might call a noobie. Soo the first week my plant started to flower it was slowly turning all the fan leaves yellow, now its in her 4th week in flowering, the buds are forming very nicely and it looks to be very potent but everyday leaves are falling off an turning yellow, i was wondering if i leave it alone for another 2 weeks will its still be a good crop, what should i do. BTW These Plants Are All NATURAL No Fertillizer Was Used.

Are you against using nutrients for some reason? I'd bet that the pre-mature yellowing is from a nutrient deficiency. A little nutrient will go a long way.

they look excellent for no nutrients!! Although seriousbuisness may be right- little nutrients might help the plant out.

i say yellow fan leaves means its using nutes from leaves, this is good, cleaner smoke, in the end, as long as the buds dont turn on you i would say all is well

I say they look great. I don't use fertilizer either, I do however use manure teas once a week when watering. I also use molasses which I suggest you try a dose once a week to help fatten your buds a litte more, if you are interested in doing so. Great organic grow.

dont go and be one of those people who put molasses in there growing medium, plants do not eat mollasses, now magic powder on the other hand...

Good job, I would say a little nutes will help the yellowing . How long have they been yellowing by the way you say the first week I say there is a nute deficiency. I could see if you were at the end of the grow and this started. Just my 2 cents

Ya it actuallly started to turn yellow the first week of flowering and everyday leaves are just dropping but yet the Buds are getting nice and fat, soo i dont no what to do or should i be worried about the buds >?? and i dont really wanna use fert at this stage. Could it maybe be just the strain of the plant ?

I do not put molasses directly in the soil I mix 1 tablespoon per gallon of water along with my manure teas. The plant does use the molasses for food, it breaks down the ingredients and uses them. Just as they eat the soil by breaking it down. Molasses also feeds the micro beasties that make the minerals and nutes available to the plant. No disrespect intended but you need a lesson in biology. Peace

Here's what 1 tbs of my organic molasses contain:
Carbs: 4% (helps nute intake)
Potassium: 22% (don't we use P for flowering?)
Calcium: 10% (yeah, cannabis can matabolize calcium... thought so...)
Iron: 15% (that too! pretty good for yellowing leaves too if I recall...)
Magnesium: 8% (Oh yeah, a micronutrient rarely found in common ferts but my plant can def use that!)
Vitamin B6: 10% (Vitamin B6 is an essential metabolite in all organisms, and cannabis can synthetise that too. Good stuff!

With that said, I think molasses are a perfect organic flowering nute for cannabis.

u shuld give it something man trust me, if to many leaves die your plant will be severely stunted, molasses isnt a nute its for the soil microbes to help the plant uptake nutrients from the soil, also just use all organic nutes they dont hurt the flavor, if u want start flushing your soil two weeks before harvest.
