First LST. Amazed at diffence in 12 hours!

First grow. Regular seeds and will keep 4 after sexing. Have 5 sativa, Dream n Sour and 5 indica, Bogglegum. They are 28 days from sprout. The sativa are on the left in tent and are growing faster. I topped them all once and bent the main on the sativas and tied down. Also tied fan leaves loosely down. The first pic is them after tying and the second is the next morning.
Im getting ready to do some LST tying on the indicas. They are shorter and thicker.
I'm thinking maybe two weeks and switch to flower? Any help would be appreciated.

Some plants will double in height during stretch, which is first two weeks of flowering.

They actually stretch like crazy the first few weeks after switching light cycles, often doubling in height (or more for some strains, especially sativas)

So during the stretch I can use the scrog net to bend and tuck right?
