Oct15) All 12 seeds popped and went in to Solo cups with FFHF soil and watered with bottled water. The solo cup we're put into a clean fish bucket with a heat mat under it and plastic wrap covering it.

Oct23) Plants looking good some small marks on 3 of OBS. Not to sure what that's about. I did inspect for pest and came up with nothing.Im thinking it might just be the FFHF. One of the T5 bulbs burnt out which sucks too

Hey mate looking good... I like that you're giving the high/low temps and humidity stats, good stuff.

Don't worry about those spots I think they're just a bit of light burn from water droplets by the look of it, kinda hard to see though. Have you sprayed them at all while the light was on them? Sometimes if you spray them when they're babies they get a droplet of water stuck right in the apical meristem, (meristem=newest, undifferentiated growth inside the shoots, apical=very top one, and the only one on seedlings) which acts like a lens and the light burns up the new growth because it's so tender, but you don't notice it until the leaves grow out.
Once the leaves are developed they can handle the droplets but yeah that newest growth is very tender so is damaged very easily.
If you haven't sprayed them at all it could be the start of a calcium deficiency but that's very unlikely because they're so young. If anything the calcium will be there in the medium but the pH could be out of range, making it unavailable.
Get a pH pen or test kit if you haven't already so you can check the pH of the water you're feeding with, and your runoff water when you run into problems. I'm not implying you should be watering to runoff now though, my opinion is that you should only do that once the plant's roots have properly filled out the pot it's in, and just keep it at a medium moisture level until then.
You probably want to fill all your cups right up with soil now too (a couple days ago would've been better, should be done a.s.a.p.) , I assume you left a bit of room to backfill them if/when they stretched? Now that one of your bulbs is out too you'd probably want to put all your stretchiest ones straight under the light to try to keep them all an even height.
You probably want to get onto that light as soon as you can because they're gonna want a lot more very soon.
Keep up the consistency you're doing well. Thanks for giving me something interesting to watch..:weed::peace:
