Are the cotyledons supposed to look this saggy? Maybe I'm over watering?

Yeah, I noticed the mesh around the pucks might become a problem. The girls looked a bit stretched so I took the mesh off and replanted them a little bit lower, the left one is an inch and a half and the other is 1 inch sprouted out of the medium. The pucks seems a bit damp I will wait until tomorrow to give them another water. Should I start giving them nutrients now? My main concern was when to start giving them nutrients ( I'm growing in pure coco and going with House and Garden Coco. I will be giving them H&G, Roots excel, Amino treatment, Coco A+B, algen extract, and Calmag, all with 1/4 the recommended quantities because of their current size ).

Grow tent: 2x2x6
Temp: 24C-25C
Hum: 52%-55%

Do you think I should replant them shorter? Both will be transplanted into 3gal pots (what they are sitting on top of currently) after they grow into their current cups.
