First high CBD grow.

Going to grow some high CBD cannabis. My first attempt at this.

Went to SEEDSMAN Seeds, actually clicked on the banner add on this site.
They had some Humboldt Seed Org. Blue Dream with CBD. Somewhere around 1 to 1 or 1.5 to 1(depending on the source I read) THC to CBD ratio. Somewhere around 15%THC and 10% CBD.
I love the taste of Blue Dream.

Not New at growing pot. Just at CBD medicinal pot.
Already have a tent ready for the grow. A 3 x 3 x 6 generic tent with the accessories(fans, filters, etc.
Will be using bubble buckets and Canna aqua nutes for the grow.
And my home made LED light. It is 6 Cree 3590 cobs running at 320 watts(54 watts per cob).

Today is day 1.

Changed the nutes today and had them out of their bubble buckets.

That light is sweet.
Love my light. It grows the dank!
This will be the 6th crop grown with it. It outgrows the HPS it replaced, has a more even spread, and runs cooler with a smaller "kill zone", which in a way, makes the tent taller.

The light is not new. About 3-4 years old.
It was expensive. Even building it myself, it was.(You got to figure about $75 per cob for a good LED lighting system!)
Home made.
6 Cree CXB 3590 leds with passive cooling at 54 watts each from a Meanwell 320 watt driver. The driver, which runs hot, is kept outside the tent, that helps me control temps.

Heard a few things about CBD.
The most worrying is I can not smoke it and get the effect. That is why I picked a strain with a good amount of THC in it, so the grow will at least get one high.
Hoping that smoking it works for me. As that tent will turn out a bunch of it(a pound or so...)

I'd make a blend of weed between high CBD and high THC flowers...
Might work better for finding your ratio than looking at hybrids.

Do you have any intention of having any of your findings tested by some lab(s)?

No, not really.
My only intent, well want, is a pound. I want a pound out of this grow. That would be 1.4 grams a watt.
That... would be an outstanding grow.

I would like to get some CBD from it, but understand that may not happen like I want.
