This was my first attempt at growing and this is the first plant to finish. Quicksand Kush cut down at day 51. Trichromes were 30% Amber. Pistils had receded. Majority of leaves were yellowing and starting to die.almost no white hairs left ! All the nugs were nice and dense. Anyone wanna take a geuss at dry yield weight? :);)20170923_205554.jpg 20170923_205750.jpg 20170923_205706.jpg 20170923_233713.jpg 20170923_233629.jpg

About a pound.
That's a pretty heavy yield for one single plant. I've never harvested before so I have no idea what to expect. There are 6 clothes hangars with 6 branches hung from each. Except the last one that has the 4 biggest branches. I just wanted a minimum of a couple zips. Looks like I hit that mark at least. I'd be amazed if I got anything close to a half P

Just joking man. You did great though. You will make your 2 zips and then some. Lots don't make it to harvest their first try. No matter what you pull, smoking your own is well worth the trouble. Good luck in future grows.

Hey thanks man I appreciate the compliment! I lost 2 out of the original 4 I started in my tent due to russet mites. So I'm lucky as fuck that 2 of them made it to flower. I've got about 3 of 4 weeks left on my OG Ghost Train Haze #1. Apparently it's a very heavy yielder. The branches stretched soooooo muck during weeks 1 2 and 3. Very lanky. I doubt it could grow on its own with being supported with bamboo.received_1664554340222558.jpeg received_1664554276889231.jpeg 20170915_224435.jpg

You should be 70% lighter than your "Wet" weight. Nice Grow.
I didn't weigh anything since buds are still on the branches. But after about 5 days or so of hanging ill snip them off and trim it up. Weigh it and jar it all up! Will do final weigh once its completely dries and cured

Nice! What lights and how long did she flower?
Used a 400w hps w/ eye hortilux bulb. Along with a 450w ( 200w actual draw) viparspectra led. I flipped lights to 12/12 on August 3rd. So it only took 51 days from the day I flipped to 12/12. I couldn't believe how fast it flowered. I was sure it couldn't be done till at least 8 week mark. But 30-40% of trichromes were Amber already. Along with receding pistols, majority of fan leaves were beginning to yellow and die. And only a 2 or 3 white pistils on a few lower buds. So decided fuck it and chop it down at day 51

Interesting process I have to say watching the buds change in appearance as they dry out a little. They definetly do lose quite a bit of bulkyness but they also seem to have more and more visible thc the dryer she gets. Any recommendations of how long i should let them hang For? Plan on jarring them up and burping daily for a couple few weeks. I did a majority of the trimming today and am excited to see my final yield! Sorry for the terrible quality picture!20170925_220437.jpg 20170925_220437.jpg
