first harvest... could use some pointers.

Well its that magical time of the year again "In east coast Canada" to get out there and get some chip chopping action.
This year has been my very first out door organic grow.
Not getting out as much is i had originally guessed but happy with end results none the less.
Could any one give me some pointers or advice on harvesting and drying ?
