The leaves were yellowing in the dixie cups and the one plant i have is all retarded looking.

nah flushing isn't what you need. I think you're plants are too small to be in some of those containers. From seed (and clone), I generally start in a 2"x2" starter pot, then to 4"x4", then to their final 2 gallon container.

I have not given them any nutes just phd water. I would water them when they were in the cups every other day when the cups were dry.

I have not given them any nutes yet. When they were in the Dixie cups for the first 2 weeks I gave them water every other day or so when the soil was dry. I trans planted them into the 3 gal pot with fox farm soil and gave each pot 1 gal of water.

The one plant that was all twisted up looking is growing straighter out of the top. But bottom of the plant is still twisted.

need to get some new pix up but at day 21 i switched the plants to 18,6 light cycle. I just ordered a 400 hps+mh light kit and am cleaning out a closet to put them in. they are now in a corner of a room using the white paint to help reflect the light.

The room is now starting to smell sweet and skunky. 2 days after switching them to 18/6 the plants stretched out about 5 inches each.
