If you cut the light cycle down to 18 you will save $$$ on your power bill and there is no noticable growth difference.

Day 13 is today. I took some more pictures to show and log its improvement. My little baby is starting to stink..I sniffed it today haha.
I just watered it again...it seems to be on a cycle of every 2 days i have to water it.
Overall I think the plant is looking good and healthy..other than its...err rather nasty stem:?

Nope the plant is actually touching the light. at first i had the light a bitt too far from it thats why its stem is so thin

looks like its stretching what kind light do you have on it? also i disagree on the 18 on using 24 on has been proven better but everyone has a different growing style

If it gets too top heavy you can cut a piece of straw long ways, then cut it to length, then wrap it around the stem and gently push it into the soil. This will add some stability.

And heres day 18 of my plants life. Can anybody tell me if theyre looking good or not for their 18th day?

:joint:

just fill the cup the rest of the way with soil. side roots will shoot out the buried stalk. or re pot in bigger pot burying to the first set of nodes.

Okay I repotted it. I buried the stem quite a ways

perfect. it should slow down a little now as far as strecthing. now you have a tap root the runs the depth of your cup. just keep the light close without burning it. looks great. their like little puppies and kittens. just so cute!

Day 20 - 01/18/07

Plants now 3 inches tall after i repotted it. stem strength has increased a lot..its gettin pretty thick. the cotedylons or w/e are turnin yellow n stuff with another bottom leaf..not sure whats up with that.

those stems are sad, u need to put a fan on them, so that they catch a breeze this will give strength to the stems.

I know theyre sad..thats why I already have a fan blowing on the stem..and its increasing in strength because of it...the stem was sickly skinny at first. its buildin up now

Day 22 wooo startin to stink...2 leafs on the very bottom are turnin yellow dunno why o well.
