First grow

Hello! This is my first time attempting at growing. I have only had it on 12/12 light for about 3 days now. I have yet to determine sex on it and these pictures are with the light on. I am not too worried about if it is a male because this seed was not from anything special. If it is I know where I can get some clones.

The 3rd picture is a little fuzzy but a few of the bottom leaves are covered in yellow spots. I am assuming it is because I had it in a 6" pot with miracle grow then I transplanted into a 3 gallon pot with pro-mix soil and worm castings. I will try to get an updated pic without the light on later. Any help and/or criticism is welcome.

looks ike nute burn or lock out, could even be metal deposits from tap water. Wont be able to sex them till about two weeks into flower.
