First grow

Hey just signed up to the site, I have a 400w hps and using organic nutrients to grow I have one plant thats almost a month in I was wondering if I can get some inside on how big it might get? yield? and other steps i should take? attatched a pic of the plant

as far as how tall the plant will get once you put the plant into flowering you can expect it to at least double or triple in size...as far as yield there are too many things that will effect that so dont worry about that right now...

Yeah it'll double in size during flower. But I'm guessing your light is not as close to your plant as you want it (looks like it could be bigger for a month old)

I read other grows. Pic one a little ahead of yours a mount works good.

She looks tiny for a month. You might have a run that didn't get good nutrients early on (I doubt that though - you would see signs of problems like spinach leaves, purple stems, etc). I would do as another poster suggested and lower the light. You really don't need HPS at this point (flourescents work just fine), but it's up to you.

I forgot to mention, yield is always a concern starting out. If you let her grow, you'll get 1.5 - 2 oz per plant dry on average - lots of factors, but I know how it feels on your first grow.
