7/11/09 - Couple new pics guys. The main cola has definitely grown I'd say. It's much fatter than what it was a week or two ago. This is the third time I believe that I watered with molasses. I'm dry right now so I'm getting real eager to harvest the plant lol. Doesn't look like it'll be done for another week or two tho..

Sweet, those buds are really poking out of those leaves now. Keep going another 2 weeks a at least.

Try gettting the the 68(2700k4200 lumens) watt cfl 15$ at the home depot and a 42watt cfl your plant will be much shorter and your yield greater I have a similar setup but I have a cabinet and reflective material so the lumens from both cfls are used up efficienty.. she is only 19"in height and the main cola is huge for a cfl grow its about 7"long 2"wide not bad for a stealth cabinet grow with limited lighting, she is almost ready for harvest but I have not used mollases at all where could somone purchase some?

But seriously, this two week thing is getting to me lmfao. Seems like the shit aint coming to an end haha. I got some Y-splitters yesterday so now I've got 2 42W, 2 23W, & 2 13W CFL's; total of 156W & 10,200 lumens.

Thanks man, can't wait till I harvest my first grow. I JUST came back from Lowe's with a new 65W (300W replacement) Soft White CFL lmao...this shit's addicting haha.
So now I've got a total of 13,300 lumens and 208W of real CFL power!! To think I started out with one 13W lmfao!!

I love checking these updates Dr.RR. You have one of the weirdest looking plants I've ever seen.
Looks really good though. It's just so stretched at the bottom and so bushy up top, it's such a contradictory looking thing.
That bud is really starting to grow now eh? You can expect pretty dramatic swelling in the last few weeks. My plants are at the same stage, and are finally starting to put on a little wait too. The bud with the orange hair is only a week away from it's 7 week target. The other two plants are clearly younger and about 2-3 weeks away from harvest. These are all Shiva plants.

so far, lurking has answered a lot of questions, and FAQ's helped with some q's I hadn't gotten around to answering. And given the idea that most growers differ in preference as far as the answer to my question is concerned, but i'll ask anyway because i have no idea. ::What is a ballpark period of time to keep my girls in veg before i switch over to bloom?::
