First grow...Underdog OG under T5's

Hello everyone. This is my first grow ever. Just out of the military and glad I can finally get the medicine I really need. I'm a long time vegetable grower so I decided to stay with soil as I'm already familiar with it. Got some nice soil from Lowes with worm castings. Drains real nice. Since I was eager to get started I picked up these two clones from my local dispensery. I'm told they are clones from a female Underdog OG plant. Other than that, I know nothing about this strain, only that they were the two healthiest looking clones of the bunch. So that's me folks. I'll be posting regular pics soon and bringing everyone up-to-date on where I'm at.

By the way, I welcome questions and comments. Just don't want a huge argument to erupt. That's all!

So here are some early photos. As you can see I super cropped a little early. However, they took to it well and are now getting nice and bushy. I had some heat issues early on as you can see in some of the close ups. I was able to get this under control with some added venting. So any way, here are my babies. Let me know what you think?IMAG0107.jpgIMAG0115.jpgIMAG0116.jpgIMAG0117.jpgIMAG0118.jpgIMAG0120.jpgIMAG0121.jpgIMAG0122.jpgIMAG0123.jpgIMAG0124.jpgIMAG0125.jpgIMAG0130.jpg By the way...these are in chronological order from oldest to most recent.

So, I've got a dilemma. I'm a few days away from the earliest I would want to begin flowering my plants.....and I just found out I'm moving out of state. So.....do I flower now and try and harvest before my move out date? Or, do I keep them in veg, set up a space in the new place, and flower when I move in? Hmmm......bad timing either way. And on top of that, I just sprouted 3 seeds. 1xwhite widow, 1x T-Light, 1x Ripped Budda. Now what am I supposed to do with these babies?

Anyway people, plants are doing great. A few of my leaves are coming out twisted to one side. I originally thought this was a heat issue. But my heat has been good for some time now and I'm still seeing the occasional new leaf which is twisted in this manner. Hmmmm..... I've been using Genral Hydro nutes simply as directed on the bottle. I'm growing in the Roots organic soil and I water whenever the soil feels like its dry most of the way through. I don't have a regular feeding schedule. So anyway, Here's some more recent pics. IMAG0130 - Copy.jpgIMAG0142.jpgIMAG0143.jpgIMAG0144.jpgIMAG0145.jpgIMAG0147.jpg

Well, I decided to put them into bloom. I've got ten weeks or so to get these babies finished and dried. Plus, I've got some nice looking seedlings coming up. I'll work on getting these new girls ready for the new place.

Note: I've realized that the clones I've been growing are from different plants. They must have been mislabeled when I got them from my friend. But regardless, these are two very different plants. So knowing that, I cannot with any real certainty say that either of these are underdog. So I guess I'll just see at harvest. It'll be a surprise.

So It's been awhile since I've updated this, but my situation has stabilized somewhat and I'm able to give my babies the attention they deserve. So I'm in the second week of 12/12 and some pretty nice flowers are forming. Since this is my first grow and everything, I've been doing a little experimenting. On my more bushier plant I've been doing a lot of tying down to make more room in the middle for light to penetrate. Seems to be working well as I've got a dozen or so bud sites. Same goes with the other plant except I've let that one go a little more as it turned out to be kinda lanky. Anyway, they both look pretty healthy. Was struggling with some leaf deformities but I'm pretty sure I narrowed it down to chlorine. So I've fixed that. Here;s the latest pics:

Nice and cozy in her corner of the room.IMAG0180.jpg Here's my lanky girl. She's got some nice looking bud sites though.IMAG0181.jpgIMAG0182.jpgIMAG0183.jpgIMAG0184.jpgIMAG0185.jpgIMAG0186.jpg

Is anyone watching this??? Well, regardless here are some pics. We are in week 3 since 12/12 and I'm really impressed with how these buds are forming. Lots of crystals already. Been working on dialing in my room as well. Things are looking good. IMAG0201.jpgIMAG0202.jpgIMAG0203.jpgIMAG0204.jpgIMAG0205.jpgIMAG0206.jpgIMAG0207.jpg

Well, Just in case someone is watching this, I'm in week 5 of 12/12 and things are going well. These girls look super healthy and the buds are actually starting to swell. Been real impressed with the performance of these T 5's. However, I did add a 600w hps last week so I'm sure thats gonna help. Anyhow, here are some pics. IMAG0267.jpgIMAG0268.jpgIMAG0269.jpgIMAG0270.jpgIMAG0271.jpgIMAG0272.jpgIMAG0273.jpgIMAG0274.jpgIMAG0275.jpgIMAG0276.jpgIMAG0277.jpgIMAG0278.jpgIMAG0279.jpgIMAG0280.jpg So the Underdawg (first pics) is really growing some big nugs. A little sparse but I think things will fill out. The other one is an unknown, but it also is filling out nicely. Had to do some staking in order to hold up the colas.

Super stoked at how this is going. Update: Just scored two 600 watt hps setups for cheap. The t 5's are out and the remaining flower time will be under 1400+ watts (I kept a couple T5's as side lighting). I can't wait till my babies in the veg tent are ready so I can fill up my flower room.

Any update on the finished product, yield, etc?

Just found this thread as I'm growing a hybrid of Underdog OG and wanted to see what to look for.

Thanks in advance if you should respond.
