this pic of the ladies in the cab was taken at week 1 of flowering . as you can see the light is very close to the plants . this was the highest i could put the light so i had to build a bottom 1' extention for the cab and now the light is 10" away from the top of the plants. GetAttachment.jpgGetAttachment2.jpg33.jpgGetAttachment1.jpgGetAttachment3.jpg in the first pic its the ladies in their cab. the 2nd pic is the GDP outside of the cab. 3rd pic is GDP out of the cab. 4th pic is top of the GDP 5th pic is top of one of the 2 SOUR DIESELS. they are all in the 2nd week of flowering under a 400w hps. they have been getting advanced nutrients connisuer part A and B at half the recomended dosage with some big bud bloom enhancer also from advanced nutrients.

Nice looking plants. What did you use to get the plant so bushy?

Yeah Im amazed on my plants how close the nodes are, I keep my MH a little closer than most people recommend but Im moving quite a bit of air over them and they're loving it...

Im just trying to determine if it really is just strain related on my plants or if keeping that light as close as possible just makes for really tight nodes...

well the plant is reaching for the light so keeping it close makes it not reach as far. as for me im more suprised that my indica dominant is taller then my sativa. maybe the longer flowering period will make it taller

I have been adding 5 - 100w equivalent CFLS for under lighting to help the bottom growth because im not " lolli popping" or trimming off any groth unless its damaged. just been tucking the larger leaves down to expose any valuable bud sites.

well i got my trich scope today so i decided to take a closer look at the ladies. the trichomes on the GDP are already 90% milky and the the sour diesel is about 75% milky and they still have 5 weeks of flowering. i was wondering how long it takes for them to go amber. i guess a month . hope they start packin on that weight for the final stretch

here are the beautiful ladies at day 1 of week 6 of flowering.
here is a pic of a sour dweek6-2.jpg
this is the top of the gdpweek6-4.jpg
another shot of the gdp week6-5.jpg
you can see here that the 2 sour d plants have have been pulled together a bit because the top on 1 was starting to pass the light so to keep it under the light a little better i obviously tied them together week6.jpg
a shot from the sour d that got pulled back under the 400w hpsweek6-3.jpg

the gdp will be done in 2 or 2 1/2 weeks and the sour d will be done in 4 or 5 weeks. the sour d's have stretched passed the gdp by about 3 or 4 inches and have been packin on weight at a decent pace. they look like they are going to provide 3/4 of my yeild. any guesses on what ill be pulling down ?
