First grow-SCROG- SuperLemonHaze, JackHerer, PineappleChunk, WhiteWidow-

This is my first legit grow, using Foxfarm Ocean forest and Big Bloom + Unsulphured Blackstrap in 5 gal buckets. Dimensions are 1 1/2' x 3.5' I'm hoping to yield around 10 oz. They were put into flower yesterday and I'll be switching the flouros with either a 400 or 600w hps next week.

The cab itself is an old armoire, layered the inside with panda film and 2" hex chicken wire is being used for the screen.

(Greenhouse Seeds)White Widow has had some trouble up until now but I seemed to have fixed her after a treatment of epsom salt, think I'll only get a 1/4 from her though.

Pineapple Chunk is from Barney's Farm and seems to be the most content of the group, got a real good pheno for a new strain I think.

(Greenhouse Seeds) Super Lemon Haze is a fucking champ, I snapped the main stem in half while getting it under the screen on accident, but after 2 days of support from a cut straw and tape she was back in action x2!

(Greenhouse Seeds)Jack Herer seems to be showing a cal/mag def. lately or possibly underfeeding, I started 1/2 strength nutes a week ago and bumped it up to 3/4 strength this week, so that problem should be fixed by next week.

Guess it's bout time for an update!

White Widow died. I'm guessing from over feeding when I fed the others last week. Not a big deal since it was a midget anyway.

All of the babies are crowning and showing pistils now! I'm noticing that jack herer is having some malformed new leaves and yellowing at the new leaves, guess I need more N for her.

The box smells super dank everytime I open it now! I can't fucking wait until it really starts budding!

I am excited to see how thick it gets.

Sadly I don't think the screen is gonna be a nice canopy, the girls are starting to get hairy and upward growth has slowed alot, I'd have to say the screen is about 75% filled which will probably hurt the yield a good bit. I ended up getting a 400w HPS, it's got an electric ballast too! Temps on are around 85, and get to 75 at night. Still haven't got the cooltube, but that's the next and last thing on my list besides some tiger bloom, cha ching, and beastie bloomz.

Don't have pics right now but I think I can have em up in the next couple days.

Fed at 100% strength nutes today also, can't wait to see the results!

Also, anyone with scrog experience plz answer this question, if a node site makes it from like the second set of fan leaves to the scrog and has a somewhat small stem, will the nugs still be fat if it is supported by the screen? or will the small stem prevent enough nutes from getting there to make a cola like nug?

How sensitive is the Jack Herer to nutrients? i just ordered 10 Jack Herer seeds from greenhouse and 1 white diesel from white label seeds. im going to be growing in soil as well...i've been doing a mix of potting soil, vermiculite, perlite, and bat guano for my last couple grows. does the plant grow more like an indica or sativa? im asking cause it will have height restrictions.

As far as I can tell Jack is a pretty nute hungry strain. It showed nute deficiencies first out of them all, and it hasn't had any nute burn since I started with Tiger Bloom and Molasses full strength, I'm getting big bloom next week also.

Looks like some trich formation has begun, also, pic of the scrog, methinks it's filling in nicely. The space is 1.5'x3.5' anyone care to make any guesses as to what my yield should be?
I'm hoping to get at least .5g/watt

Quick update:
Snapped a pic of jack right after lights out, so far pineapple chunk is right behind jack with trich production. Super lemon isn't showing very many trichs at all, gonna feed Grow Big and Tiger Bloom tomorrow at 1/2 strength.

Its going to be a white X-Mas! ')

Opened the cab today to this overwhelming smell of key lime pie. Must be the mix of super lemon and pineapple chunk, but jack herer is still the frostiest of them all. Super lemon haze got some light bleach action going on and some of the hairs changed colors/dried out towards the middle, hopefully its still got time to make a comeback and start packin on more calyxes. Judging by how things have gone so far I think next grow will probably just be 2 plants and I'll start training into the screen alot sooner.
