Do i need to add nutrients to seedlinds afetr they sprout in rockwool

The very first set of leaves called cotyledons, contain nutrients. As long as long are green that plant is fine.

the cotyledons will naturally die off eventually. and thats when you know to add nutrients. i personally have not added nutrients at all and my plant is 3 weeks in to flowering and looking great. so i must have soil that contains nutes.
