First Grow Problems - What's up with my leaves?

Good Morning All,

Long time reader, first time poster.

So i'm on day 12 of flower following 6-7 weeks veg on my first every grow. It's all been good thus far with pretty much no problems, until the past couple of days when a fault in my thermostatic plug meant my heat regulation went out of the window for 2-3 days (before i noticed and fixed). It's been back up and stable for the past 3 days or so.

Basically i have noticed a bunch of leaf issues, none of which i can definitively identify and at this stage the issue seems confined to a small number of leaves.

As you will see from the images, the plants seem to be growing well and look (at least to my novice eyes) quite lush and healthy. I have LST'd a few times hence you should see relative flat and bushy plants. Sorry that the images aren't fantastic but i hope good enough for you to see!

Here's the lowdown on my setup:

1.2mx1.2mx2m grow tent
450W Vipar Spectra LED grow light
5 plants - 2 x white widow X Big bud and 1 x 8 ball kush - all in 3 gallon smart pots. They vegd for 6-7 weeks at 18/6 before i switched to 12/12. When i did i chucked in the other two seedlings (both wwxbb) which are about 21 days from germination.
Using Westlands with John Innes No.2 compost for all of it and have been potting up.
Watering every 2-3 days. Didn't really start using additional nutes until a watering or two before the switch to flower when i added Bio Bizz grow at half strength. Have done that for the past 3 or 4 waterings and was planning one more before i switch to Biobizz Bloom nutes.
Temps average 23-25C and RH in the 60s.
Grow tent is in my external garage but there's an oil heater and an electric blanket in there to keep the place toasty.

Whilst i have done a lot of reading/watching, i do consider myself to be a 'learn by doing' sort of bloke. But i've not done anything stupid or inpatient (i dont think!) so am at a point where i definitely lack the experience to identify this issue.

So far i suspect it could be a pH imbalance thing (i've yet to measure the pH at all really) but there seems to me to be evidence that there may also be some pests. I do get a lot of slugs and woodlice in my house and the garage is immediately adjacent although not seen any evidence at all in there and not sure how they would get in the tent itself!

Anyway, whatever it is i need to sort it quickly so any advice is warmly welcomed.

Cheers.

You have an electric blanket running 24/7 to keep your shed warm?

Is that a fire hazard ? I dunno just wandering man . No offence .

Some of those bigger chubks of leaves missing looks like physical damage from handling or equipment

I see some brown spots i think in the last few but honestly their pretty blurry man.

And it will be alot easier to see problems if you shutoff that blue light and just use a normal white flourescent light in a lamp for taking pictures .

Your current light leaves weird color patterens on your leaves in the pictures Its hard to see whats going on

Hope this helps, talk soon

.

Thanks @projectinfo - i will certainly aim to get some additional pics in better light this evening when i am home and my plants day cycle begins.

The electric blanket sits between the base of my grow tent (outer skin) and the floor liner. It' on a timer and i use it to ensure the roots are warm. Was advised to do so on some other boards where i was told that it's not the eighties anymore so electric blankets are considered safe!

I agree that the physical damage might be handling, i have had the plants out of the tent a few times for transplanting/LST and there has been some unintentional rough handling when doing so.

Thanks for your comments all. Had another look this morning. They seem a bit better 24 hours on, i am wondering if it was the effects of the cold created by what looks to be a shonky thermostatic plug. Have taken that out now so its back up to temp.

Took some more photos with flash on this time so might be clearer . I agree that physical damage looks more likely to be result of my treatment than any pest or other external factor.

Slight concern is the yellowing lower leaves (only a couple) on one of the plants. pH seems to be around 7.07-7.11

Any further recommendations or am i doing ok? TIA
