So I watered on thee 19th and have let em sit till yesterday, checked and saw some burnt leaf tips and upwards curling of new growth on purpleK, the other two look gravy. I didn't use epsom salt in the water like I always do(time crunch). So I feel like its the begginning of mag but idk cause it never showed up like this before. Whatts do you guys think?

Well I am but last watering was with tap water only. I'm not doing ph cause I used garden lime and I read it acts as a buffer. Its getting worse and worse, I don't think it'll make it thru the next few days :/

I'm not sure how garden lime works but I think you should check the ph on your tap water anyway. why take risks when it takes only an extra minute to check and adjust..

Okay so being on a budget this will be interesting.
I know my hydro store will check ph levels so ill take three samples: one of just tap water, one of the water and cloning solution, and the water and nutes. Hopefully I only need like ph up or down instead of both.
If not... fahk whatever. Haha

So I got some ph up and had my water tested and its a lil high but with my nutes its waaaaay acidic so thts why I got ph up. Should be good to go now. I hope lol.
Also got a clone showing its first root, about half inch long. From here how long till I can put it in its own pot?

So incase anyone was wondering or cares I'm still here, just been busy lately. I'm gonna try to updated pics in the next few days. I'm starting flowering today or tomorrow, depending on when I finish light proofing the box.
I did pull six rooted clones off of charlie and moby and choose the best of each strain and tossed the rest. Pretty cool to go 6/6 on my first run at clonging.
I've decided to get out of the box and into something bigger, I wanna stick with the cfls tho.
Anyways gonna have those pics up soon hopefully

So I was wondering, would using veg lights during the first week or two of flower help keep the stretch down? And what kind of side effectscould I get by trying this out on my grow?

Yeah man, you're more experience but I've heard from pretty reliable sources if you switch 1/4 of your veg bulbs with your flower bulbs so whilst vegging you have a little flower bulbs and whilst flowering you have a little veg bulbs. Apparently this is dual spectrum lighting or something and the plants love it.

Question tho, how long till I shoud use flower nutes? I have a tea I just started for flowering but idk when to use it!
Also any little hints or tips for the flowering stage would be great, I kinda stumbled thru the veg stage but I wanna do flower right.
Ima try to get some pics real quick before work for ya'll

Again, I haven't grown properly but have read a lot and I would say flowering nutes just as soon as you switch over to the flower stage but if they are nutes that are like "Bio Bud" Use at the first sings of any budding so it will plump up the buds nicely. This is what ill be doing: Using General Organics BioTthrive Grow in the veg stage, then in flower stage using General Organics BioThrive Flower in the flower stage and as soon as buds start to show I will use General organics bio bud as well. There is a slight chance it may get nute burn in which case i would only use the bio bud, but it will most likely be fine.

Dang you got it figured out. I used roots organic for veg and that shit is legit. But I am trying to make my own flowering tea, next wateering ill add it!
I only have white hairs still. I got pics but my phone is messed up, I'm trying tho!
