Hello All,
This is my first grow.
The actual grow box is a cardboard PC box with an 80mm intake fan and a cutout hole for exhaust. I lined the sides with the other side of some gift wrap. Lighting is pretty stingy but I thought it would be ok for now, especially in this box. I plan on replacing the 4100K bulbs with 2700K when flowering comes along. Temps are generally 73-82F
3 4100K 23W CFL's
1 2700K 13W(?) CFL
All Organic soil (Fafard's Brand)
Watering with Deer Park Spring water
What I did at the beginning of this grow (I wasn't serious about it at that point) was I had 2 seeds setup in a room in my house that gets a lot of natural light. Those two sprouted nicely after a couple days and ultimately I left them in there for a week and half with little development. I should also mention that they were in MG soil. Then I set up this grow box and here we are. Also, I topped the 4th node, but I don't think it went to plan because there's only one branch where I pinched it. Kinda retarded, but that's okay because a bunch of other branches sprung up around the topping site. So I'm happy
February 8 was the official start date, meaning I put the germed seeds into their pots that day.
Growth was probably stunted a bit with the lack of sunlight during winter. Both plants are the same age, it's obvious who's the best of the two
March 6 - just started 12/12 today. 8am to 8pm is their new schedule. Hoping for girls
