First grow. One plant SCROG... DWC vs Hempy bucket?

This grow is for personal smoke. The space is 20"x23"x45". 400w hps. I keep going back and forth in my head between using a DWC and Hempys bucket. I even already ordered the air pump but I am rethinking since this is my first grow.. Hempy is supposed to be EASY PEASY.. The yield I am looking for is ~4oz.

Do you have an opinion on this matter?
