"First" grow on a small budget

Here's the other plants I'm looking after for a friend.
Unknown strain


It had a rough start seeing as how he grew it outdoors and the soil wasn't what I'm using and I've gotten the fox farm trio nutrients pack.
Once I transplanted it and got it under a better light it seems to be taking off.

Lookin good, you've done a few grows, you should think about ordering seeds.

I've actually only completed that one grow and I've been working on this one. I might possibly be getting my hands on some clones so that would be good for now. In the future I will definitely order tho.

yaaa personally i'd rather get a bagseed because i know exactly what im smoking..and fem seeds herm alot easier..but i still bought seeds lol

Pineapple update. Technically I started it around the first of April but it had a huge setback. Growing fucking amazing now though!

I just tied down a bunch more branches today! Went to the hydro store this afternoon and bought some smart pots and twist ties.

When you say 'hydro store', do you mean the GP or is there another store I haven't visited, yet?

I get some things at the GP man but there's a place near Hostile Pipes called Lone Star Hydro that I get my nutes and pots and supplies that the GP doesn't carry!

Man I envy you right now. Our babies are just that..babies compared to yours. Looks like youre doing alright with the lighting that you have right now. What are you planning on using when you flip the timer to 12/12?

The same light bro! HPS are great for both stages. My buddy who gave me the PE seed said the guy who grew his other seed went autoflower. I'm already seeing places for pistils and I think a few are there but its such a jungle in there and I have my branches tied a certain way and I'd rather not disturb them!

I'm using mostly CFLs. 2-100W and 2-200W which are giving off 3860 lumens.

That PE looks sweet, and the little ones look happy, too! Did they all make it?

I put 1 of my Northern Lights in the dwc on Wed, and stuck a couple more Lemon Skunk clones, yesterday. I want to see how it does in a dwc.

Thanks man! The Pineapple has been my pride and joy! I've been keeping her pretty short and bushy. it's my first time playing around with tying branches down and such. In my garden I had room for a couple more plants, so I put a NL and a LS and they are doing wonderful. I bent the stems yesterday to give them a knot and to strengthen that stalk up a hell of a lot and it worked! within a few hours they were standing straight up after being bent over. I love the way this plant grows. I have another grow area that I'm working on with a friend and he's watching the other girls for me. We lost a northern lights to a hydro machine. it just wilted and died. perfect pH balance and everything we don't know what went wrong. I'm still trying to figure it out.

Thanks again for the girls and keep me updated! I want to see how yours turns out and I'm curious to see how the auto flower is doing also?

Think I mixed up a watering so I might have yellowed some edges slightly no big deal shes a big girl and can handle it!

Update for my girls.
Pineapple Express: Tied down some more branches to see how she likes it. Lemon Skunk and Northern Lights I bent the stems over and they creased more than I wanted but it's still growing but it popped a hole in the stalk on the NL I put some neem oil on it so it can heal properly and hopefully it won't get any bugs in there and will survive.

Those are 100 and 200w equivilents. That would be 2x23w and 2x46w=138w

The Northern Lights and Skunk both trained real easily, I started tying them when they were still seedlings. Just don't put much tension out on the end of the branch- go more towards the middle, and apply tension gradually ove a period of a few days.

Its hard to tell the limb structure, but if you picture a T, that's exactly how it's laying there. The main branch runs from the top straight down (about 4'), and the 2 side branches run out right and left from the top center (3' both ways)- all of it about 4 inches off the ground, tied down in about a dozen places. Now all of the secondary branches are groing straight up, each one to soon be a cola!! HAHAHA
