First Grow OMG Problems Help--- yellow leaves

My White Widow is 2 weeks old from seed. Yesterday I was day 3 for next watering but one lower leaf was yellow so I held off until today. When she woke up she had 2 yellow leaves and was droopy. I watered her with room temp H2O and she perked up in about an hour. I was surprised how fast she came around. Why are the leaves yellowing? I germed and planted a 00 kush at the same time and while it is shorter than WW she has no yellowing.

Growing under cfl with 2, 23 w 5000k above and 4, 23 w 2700 above but further out on the light bar. temps around 84 F with 35 to40 % humidity. 18/12 light cycle. growing in Black Gold Organic Seedling mix which has earthworm castings, sphagnum moss and pearlite. I have not used any neuts.

I am working on lowering the temp with a fan

Thank you all for any help saving her.IMG_1560.JPG

Look how green and healthy the rest of it is!!! Its just sucking those little leaves vitality and is focusing on the top. This is common with seedlings and cuttings, the little leaves turn yellow and die off. If the next set of leaves starts to do this then I would give it a light feeding.

hey man great looking plant! but you should try to keep the temps down to a max of 80F or even better try to get it down to 75F and keep it there. a small fan is great for keeping fresh air coming in and out. as for the yellow leaves a light feeding would do her good. good luck!

first set of leaves to come through the others look fine but agree get more medium in the cup and a fan moveing it,wants to be on around 1.1 ec at that stage

I agree with raising it.......just get another cup and put an inch of soil in it then transplant to that cup..........you see yellowing leaves when overwatered or when the seedling cant absorb the nutes and starts to eat itself........make sure there is a drainage hole in your cup too............if yellowing persists i usually add a tiny amount of 1/4 strength nute mix like formulex.

keep checking them daily or more as this means you will recognize probs quicker

Peace

Update
the solo cup has 4 holes in the bottom and 1 in of disinfected (heat) drainage rocks and appears to drain very well . I water the soil until i see drainage at the bottom. i water when dry and check on every third day and rewater. Do you think this is too often? Based on these reccomendations i bought some fox farm Big Grow to feed.

I have dropped the temp down to 70 with the room air conditioner.
Today I will replant in more soil into solo cups a recommended
the 2 yellow leaves are drying up and dead with one more slightly yellowing slowly
I watered yesterday and the next water is due thursday should I wait one more day to be dryer?
if i transplant today should I still keep to the watering schedule ?
i have read where seedlings shouldnt be fed as they will burn so i want to be sure i should add the neuts. if so should i start at 1/8 or 1/4 strength?

This is a current pic this morning

Thanks for all the advice

Im growing in Black Gold Organic Seedling mix which has earthworm castings, sphagnum moss and pearlite. When I planted the sprouted seeds I left the soil fluffy as it was in the bag and did not pack it down at all. I think thats why the soil level is too low in the cup because it settled by watering. Could it be the fluffy dirt and castings/peat floating when watering getting the pearlite dirty?

Soil has earthworm castings, sphagnum moss and pearlite but no neuts added. Imsurprised the soil couldnt support the seedling longer than 2 weeks but im a newbie and learning as she (and the forum) teaches me.
