First Grow, Needs Hiding

Ok so i know the only way to learn how to grow good Marijuana is to learn all you can and just grow the shit and learn by trial and error. you see I plan on moving into my own place next year and plan on setting up a small grow room so i can just grow for myself for the time being. but as of right now i have never grown or attempted to grow marijuana, now i want to start, i want to start to get good now so when i get my own place im not spending most my time on error more than trial if you get what im saying. The only problem i have with growing now is i live in my parents house still and they wont allow it. now i know people that are able to pull off growing atleast one plant with out their parents noticing, so i was wondering if anyone knows of anyways i can grow marijuana in my room or in my backyard with out anyone noticing or knowing. now i dont plan on getting my plant fully grown on the first try but i just want to start bring my experience up before i actually start on my real project.

So any known ways or suggestions would help out greatly.thanks

You are moving into your place huh? Sounds like you are gonna rent and if so the grow is on wheels and in the bedroom or not where things break! There are lots of whiz bang gadgets for controlling stuff www.x-10.com but turning off the power temporarily if the door is opened is way cool!

why yes thats why it needs hiding so they and i dont get in trouble. but its only for a year.

dude he is right....we cant help you with that type of thing..


I can say however if one was to try such a thing, they would have to be VERY carefull. However there are PLENTY of super cool micro grows in PC cases and SPEAKER BOXES.A person COULD look on google for stealth grow boxes and be suprized at the many,many options available to them. Single Plant CFL grow could be pulled super easy in your closet or under your bed you would just have to be on top of it.

saftey is KEY and telling ANYONE is the biggest reason you would get pinched.

oh trust me i know that i already plan on how i can keep everything locked up and safe and i already told myself last year that if i ever started growing i wouldn't tell ANYONE, except my GF who will be living with me haha. but thanks for all the help man every bit counts.

your best bet is to just wait man get a book and read about it i suggest "marijuana horticulture the indoor/outdoor medical growers bible" by jorge cervantes its a great read teaches you indoor/outdoor/electricty/greenhouse i grew for the first time last year outdoors 2 plants got about a QP and it went very smooth, remember growing outdoors its a weed hence the name its a vigiorous plant that given the right soil and water will pretty much grow itself growing indoors is where it gets alot trickier and risky just MO good luck on whatever it is you do

yeah i have read a couple books i could get my hands on but i still am really really eager to see an actual marijuana plant in front of my face, you know how it is

Growing under someone else's roof is a sure way to bring yourself a lifetime of bad karma -spidermites, mostly male plants and worse.
if you want experience & a chance to dial in a grow box, why not try tomatoes? 99.9% of what you learn will be the same and you wont be shitting all over your parents.

yeah i heard tomatoes plants grow like marijuana but yet i was told on other forums that its not like it and it can not be compared to growing actual marijuana. and i doubt it will bring me bar karma its probably just morally wrong but if it happens to bring bad karma ill let you know and ill spread the word on not growing in others houses.

the karma thing is a personal opinion but not for nothing yea growing tomatoes and stuff work fine but pest/sickness for every plant is much different then that of the mary jane, i know your anxious because i been there to but just make sure you have a solid plan before you start anything if you are to do so. good luck

yeah i have been working on a plan for some time now and because of some personal issues im having i cant smoke for a year now. and i am very much a marijuana enthusiast and i really do love it and you can say some aspects of my life revolve around it but in a good way. so i thought if i cant smoke it might as well learn how to grow it, you know what i mean like..... ive spent most of my time and money buying and smoking it since i couldnt grow it but now i cant smoke it and i have the time and extra money to grow it so why the hell not take about half a year learning how to grow it through trial and error and another half a year just growing it and by the time i can smoke again ill have ALOT saved up and still growing more. thats all if you get where im coming from, im just trying to make myself selfsufficient on MJ so i dont have to keep spending money.
