First grow mylar 3 x 3 x 5 tent 125w cfl //// need some advice

Need a hand peeps, it is my first grow i have been using a 125w cfl for 13 plants now, i know way not enough light, just bought a 250 hps will be here soon, can i use the 250 to veg an flower right? My hydro ones are going nutz, on sensi a & b voodoo juice and b52 so far in the second week , 3days into the week. ant advice welcome all criticism please

yeah you can def use that 250 watt hps to veg your plants but make sure to keep the light at least 12-16inches away from your plants. And BTW 250watt hps is not nearly enough light, ESPECIALLY for 13 plants. I suggest going on Amazon an looking into 3-piece cool tube packages of 400 or better yet 600 watt HPS grow lights. In fact I THINK you should def get the 600 watt for 13 plants. even if only half end up being female, you are still going to want at least 600 watts.

Ya I agree a 250W would be gr8 for veg but once those bad girls start gettin horny a 400 watt or 600 watt HPS would be best. Keep in mind cooling requirements tho, maybe 2 400 watters would work out better.

what if i divided the two hydro 250 hps and then the now 6 so 12 veggin 50 50 chance so say six total like you said, but split the soil to the 125 6400k until flower and do the 2700k i just got all these light and am thinkin out loud ya knw. Ya knw build a divider between the two in the tent?

all ARE LOOKIN GOOD GAVE TWO TO A FRIEND, THE ONES IN PLATIC CUPS ETC, THE TWO TOGETHER I KEPT THEY ARE GIRLS AND THE ONE IN GREEN POT CLOSEST I KEPT AND SHE IS A PRETTY LIL GIRL ALSO, TOOK OUT THE 12 SPRAYERS IN THE DWC TO MUCH TROUBLE AS FAR AS MAINTENANCE , KLEANING NOW, FUN, GIRLS ARE LOOKIN GOOD FOR JUST SOME HANDMEDOWN BAGSEEDS

Well your hand me down seeds have an indica look to the leaves if that helps.

last 2 pics are girlz, fingers crossed im just a cherry, but it looks like the pistils? are coming out and no balls. so we got 6 in the hydro dwc and three in soil, just topped a few, three and fimmed the others , just seein whats what with my girlz. any help please shout out to brother

I have almost the same set up 6 in a dwc/drip , and 4 in hydroton/perlite, but i'm using 400w and i think i should upgrade to 600, altough my plants didnt stretch too bad since i did 12/12 from clone, the tallest is just about 3.4 feet

SWEET THE ONES I TOPPED ARE ALL GETTIN BUSHY, YEAH I GOT A 250 HPS WITH THE 6 INTHE DWC AND 1 IN THE BUBBLEBOY, MOVED HER YESTERDAY FROM SOIL. THEN THE TWO IN THE BUCKET Are under a 125 cfl 6700k, while they go back to veggin since i know they are girlz now. so far so ggo man any advice hook it up anytime send some pics, you seen mine

new pics 6 plants 3 dwc the two girls in bucket, you gotta see before pics look at that locust 200w ccfl 2700k and the hps 250w threw a male out two days ago, balls everywhere. let me know what ya think

Update on our grow, have a 400 watt ps/mh, 24"x48"x74" moved these two girls in there, in beginning of 3rd week of flowering. Please reply or any comments.
