probably damping off, which is actually something in your soil attacking the root. i'd water with either some hydrogen peroxide to kill it, or something like hydroguard to out compete it. and do it quick

it might be alright, i'd pick that seed bract off, that may be the reason its growing crooked, they try to reach the light, but half the seed is in the dark.
i'd still start using either h2o2 or hydroguard type product, just to prevent any future problems

put the back of your hand next to the seedling, and move your light to where you an feel just a little warmth after at least 30 seconds. if its uncomfortable for you, it will be for the plant, too.

Hey Roger thanks for your help so far, so last night I picked the seed bract off and gave it some water as it hadn’t been watered in 2 1/2 days.

Woke up this morning and it was fully leaned over and even thinner and taller.

I moved it within 100mm of the light and I decided against it in the end last night and could hold my hand directly under the globes without it bothering me at all. I buried the whole stem below the coco and just let the head popping up so it would be supported.

If this doesn’t work I’m afraid I’m going to lose it :/
I haven’t started it on nutes as the coco is suppose to have time release fertiliser in it.

let it get pretty dry before you water it again, not wilty but make sure the roots are able to get air, they like water, but they have to have air too
good luck
