Right!?!?! I'm getting a Rosin Press with some of mine.

I think your getting plenty of advice on the light front so I'll skip past that, but stop spraying your soil. Just water them like normal until you get some run off. Let them dry out completely between waterings.

I'm watering with spring water. 1 gallon jugs, but they don't seem to need alot, im not supplementing h2o through leaves, just want them not dry.

At this stage you want to get that humidity up to 60%

I got a Vicks humidifier I'll run

I try to just keep my humidity between 50-60% thru seedling stage, then 45-50ish in veg until flower, then down to 30-40 range. Temp ranges 70-79f for me.
My plants have been loving it. Hope you get yours stabilized!
