Also i have raisen my tent so all the rez are actually outside of the tent so the water isnt getting so hot.. I works like nothing else i have tryid.. I have NO problem what so ever with water temps..

If you don't want to destroy the closet you could do a air cooled system and attach the exhaust duct to a hole cut in the door. Cheap door is like $30. Put it near the bottom with some sort of house vent to cover the ugly hole on the outside. Just an idea

over 2 pounds off that?

im amazed you were able to complete the grow without slime and root rot. for most of us, a grey light leaking res with no bennies in DWC would be disastrous.

good job.

sorry must have been high when I wrote that it was a little over 8 oz's must have hit the 3 buy accident or something....I did which to 5 gallon buckets during flower but as far as roots never had a problem with the exception of one plant and that was only from trying to add to much black strap molasses

another thing about that grey res it was one of the better brands built very solid so the light leak was minimal

My suggestions to improve your next run: like everyone else has said, get and inline fan and pull the heat out of your closet. I flower in a closet myself and I get the challenge of keeping it cool. The other thing is I would line that grey tote on the outside with reflective material. Otherwise, helluva first run.
