:leaf: checked the plants and watered earlier, the temperatures are getting to be a problem. Nearing the end of the lights on cycle it was reaching 33c - not good. I think they'll be ok tonight and i'll have to install another fan or extractor or somehting tomorrow. One of the Trainwrecks was on its side when i first found it, limp as all shit but within 10 mins of watering it picked up and seems fine again. 10 mins!!! that was one thirsty plant! That extra 600w HPS might have to go into the veg room for a while if this keeps up.

Gave them all their last dose of soil grow nutes with the watering and their first taste of the soil bloom. Ph is still 6.5ish.

Also trimmed a few lower leaves that were yellow to help with air flow etc.

New seeds should be here tomorrow but i think we may have to hold off with them for a while til everythings under control again. This was my biggest worry having so many plants of different strains that we'd struggle to keep on top of things. anyway, fingers crossed... :leaf:

heat was one of my biggest issues, fortunately i sorted it out.

had a large fan (not sure how much it pulled) that was automatically controlled to turn on at about 25 degrees and shut down when it had reached under 25, worked out well.

i know what you mean about the watering.

the plants are really good at telling you what they want . i thought one was dead once but minutes after a drink she was fine :)

Keep up the great work, and you'll have us all drooling at the end! Wishing we were there to help you smoke it all! Can I see some pictures of your trainwreck? I basically want to compare it to mine. Have you chosen any plant out of any strain to be that strains mother plant based on growth, or are you waiting to see which high you like best first? Also is this going to be a perpetual grow or are you just testing out different strains?

Yeah i'll get you some pics of the wreck tomorrow when i check them. Got 1 mother of each, i'll get pics of them too. just kinda picked a few that were looking healthy and problem free. can't wait til the end for choosing mothers cos then we'd have to re-veg n shit and i can't be hassled with that. Yeah it's gonna be perpetual i guess but we just thought we'd try loads of strains to keep things interesting

If you took clones of each individual plant of a certain strain before you flower them you wouldn't have to reveg. Plus that way you could determine which plant out of that strain yields, tastes, and high is the best. Using that plant as the mother. Rather than base it only off of health, and disease resistance although that is important.

I was keen for this idea but my friend seems to think you have to wait at least 2 months before taking clones. I'm sure thats not true but he's adamant so i'm gonna let him have his way. For now...

:leaf::fire: I decided the temperature was getting out of hand in there today (33c with 3 hours of lights on to go!) so i've turned one of the lights off for now but there's still plenty of light getting in so no big worry until we can sort out a better heat extraction method. I think we'll extend the ducting from the extractor to right over the lights and see if that helps.

Babies are doing fine under the 400w MH (and a 20w CFL just for the hell of it). Bit of stretching going on again but i've just put some supports around them til they're strong enough to stand up by themselves.
Mothers are also looking healthy.

A lot of yellowing going on in the flowering room, that heat was really hurting them. Could also be a lack of nutes, not too sure.No watering today, maybe tomorrow.

The Churches are showing showing a lot of sativa characteristics in their top leaves and one is towering way above all the others, not gonna Lst it or anything, just put it to the edge of the grow. I didn't know it had any sativa in it, i'll have to check the greenhouse site again.

Few more pics as promised, sorry for the poor quality, i've only been able to use my phone camera until i can afford a decent one. Also the room lights are shit if i turn off the HPS. :leaf:
