First grow, how are they looking?

Plants are 57 days old. The one with buds is Berry Bomb Auto. (I found out after the fact that it was a auto.) The one without buds is Northern Lights Blue Auto. But it has yet to bud and just started showing sex so I switched it to 12/12 because it would not stop growing. Let me know what y'all think. (Sorry for the quality of some of the pics. crappy cam.)

Its suppose to be an auto but I don't understand why it hasn't started flowering more. oh well the more the merrier.

sometimes autos take forever, even longer than a photo sometimes. Ittl switch soon.
Plants look good, but maybe a little dry.....ive got a berry bomb auto im poppin in 2 weeks....

So do you think it was a bad idea to switch it to 12/12 to stop it from growing and start budding? even with the berry bomb auto beside it as far along as it is.

I don't do a lot of autos, but I have read that switching the lights to 12-12 on an auto is the way to help trigger them into flowering if they are not. I would dig around some to see if people generally just drop the lights to trigger flowering and then re-up the lights, or just leave them at 12-12 (I do not know).

If you have the space, you should consider yourself lucky, that additional veg time should get you a much higher yield than you would have gotten if you got the traditional 2-4 weeks an auto typically vegges.

no you can switch to 12/12 whenever u want, after abuot 3-4 weeks from seed. It will probably still double in size. You will notice after about 3 days of 12/12 ittl start to grow where you will see a difference everday for a while. Buds will start fast when they start. after it shows pistils, go back to 18/6 or 20/4 if u want. although at the end of flowering, 12/12 will give you denser buds.
