First Grow [Help me perfect my veg room!]

This is my first grow, I'm using a 4 foot 8 bulb T5. I'm growing an auto-flower strain right now just for trial purposes.. This closet is roughly 12' x 3' 3". 12 feet is plenty of room for my veg room and my cloner, which is also going in here. The ceiling is low and slanted, 5.5 feet at the highest end and 3.5 feet on the lower end. It's got a back door and a front, so two entrances.

I need ideas, names of products, stuff i'll need, etc. This is my first grow this is all new to me.

Here's the back door of the room:

^This shows the room from my backdoor view and my lack of a proper flower bed. Gonna get a white rack from target for like 18$ tomorrow, does anyone know anything better? Should it have raised sides? The wall on the opposite side is simply Panda film velcro'd to the wall.

^Another view showing you a plant-level view. the room overheats everytime I put the panda film wall up, I've taken it down. I think I'm going to finish the entire room in Panda film, what do you think?

Here's the front entrance:

^Letter A is where I plan on adding this inline fan: http://htgsupply.com/Product-4in-Inline-Duct-Fan.asp Im going to point that sucker outside and add a vent cover, like you'd use for a dryer. 80 CFM is plenty.

^View looking right over the panda wall. I need a better rotating fan as well. This is old/inefficient/dirty.

Here's what's currently in my head:

Will adding that 80 CFM duct help with my overheating? I get temps of around 90 degrees and I live in a northern state it's still mid 50's here.

Should I cover the ceilings in panda film as well? I figure anywhere the light isnt shining isn't necessary but logically it reflects off the film, could the ceiling be stealing some light?

Do I need to shield the sides of my seedlings/newly rooted clones from direct fan air? So I know to try and make a flower bed with raised sides. I need someone with experience to visualize plants in there and tell me how and what they should be sitting on.

Any other ideas to help me improve the efficiency of my room are very very very much appreciated!

With your help I'll be on my way to a successful grow!
