First Grow... Has Gotten A Little Out of Hand

Ok so im new to the forums just joined tonight because im in need of some help and tips. I've been ploughing through all the reading material on the forums and been trying to learn as much as i can.

My grow started in a closet but now has moved to a 4'x8' grow tent.

I currently have 7 kush plants in the tent on an 18/6 they were on 24/0 for a couple weeks under 1 x 125w Sunblaster CFL but i upgraded.

I currently run 2 200w 6700K Sunblaster CFL's, heat is an issue at my place so i cant run anything that will get super hot. I checked out some LED's today because i need to get more light in the tent. Im currently struggling with how to get more light in there without getting insanely high in wattage. I was wondering if anyone has any tips for that? Sorry if i sound like a noob.

I also keep reading lots of different things about feeding them and im not sure if im feeding them to much or not enough now. I use miracle grow soil and the food is a 5-10-5 that i give them about every 3 weeks.

I run two fans in the tent one occilating one stationary, i havent installed proper venting yet and i dont have anything to get my plants CO2

I really am hoping for a good harvest in a couple weeks. So any advice is welcome. :D

Pictures to follow as soon as camera is charged, any help is welcome!

Don't put led's on same circuit as a computer. I've heard when/if they blow it will serge you psu in pc and send it south. I don't know if there is truth to this but I'd rather not find out to be honest. Getting some 23W Cfl's is a good choice for your problem I.E. low power, good light output, less heat . You can hang or stand them very close to to plants and under them and all around them. Only draw back is you must be very attentive to them as they need to be moved around often.

Also investing in good reflectors for lights would be an idea.

I have two nice batwing reflectors that are working good and im considering hanging a couple 55w CFL around the plants its just like i said i have a heat issue and i want to maximize for my situation.

400w for 7 plants doesn't sound like enough IMO.
ye im almost positive its not but compared to some of the grows on here i dont think its to bad im considering throwing another 200w sunblaster cfl in there possibly a 2700k but im wondering if theres another type of lighting i may not have heard of that will work a little better then the cfl but not be a heat issue aside from LED
