she had to quit and she said she was never that stoned before...I went for another 5 minutes because it finally all burned out...

HA! Reminds me of the time, I got my mom to hit the bong. 2 footer, two chamber. She filled it full of smoke, inhaled. 10 minutes later, she was passed out in the house. Gotta love moms and the green!

"Fimmy" has 8 new growths and I'll veg both for another 2 or 3 weeks till flowering time

ehh it buzzes from time to time....
a fan usually drowns it out.
i think the cooltubes are probably ALOT quieter...

can anybody give insight to that? wink wink at icurbyou

I hear zero buzzing.. When I read your guys' posts I was like "What are they talking about?" haha.

I mean, if I stick my head close to the ballast i hear noise of course.. But buzzing from all rooms in the house?! Thats a no way in my setup. Even if Im in the room with it.. I can stand right next to it and not even know it's there.

The loudest part of my setup are the 2 inline duct fans. My closet resides directly over the front door and the stairs to go upstairs.. I can hear the hum of the inline fans while walking up the stairs if it's dead quiet inside my house and out... By the time I reach the top of the stairs I cannot hear it unless I enter my bedroom, you can notice a hum in the closet from the fans.

In my opinion, 90% of my noise is inline exhaust fans... 8% are the fans inside vibrating against the box.... 2% is the flapping of some of the mylar that has become loose... 0% of the noise is from the lights.

ithizz, if you hear your light in all rooms of your house, I'd suggest checking the connections or contacting the company. That doesn't seem normal... But then again, as DTD mentioned, I do have the cooltube fan.
 
ha. gotta get your ma to be like mine. as long as she sees some profits. its business as usual... gotta throw some more pics of the ladies up man...
 
it turns out it was just the fan vibrating on the floor:oops:. so i threw a towel under it and it made it silllleeennnt. i wish i had my own camera so i could show u what i made for my gorw box. its soo efficient and cheap. will start a journal soon. i mean it this time
 
Well...I finally am getting around to updating.
I'm stopping typing to get fresh pictures just for you guys...

Well here is the update...

The Bagseed: 5 plants, still all in 5 gallon pot altogether. Getting transplanted tomorrow. :)

Power Skunk 1(faster grower)(SC):
I am supercropping this one, and did the rolling of the stem already; about 2 days ago. Growth wasn't stunted too bad either. It's starting to repair it's self.
If you smell the tops they are a light sweet skunky smell. :D

Power Skunk 2(slower)(FIM)
Also great aroma on the new growth. The FIM went well as it looks like it will have about 6 main upward growths.

Expect me to take clones of these babies this upcoming week. The undergrowth isn't needed, especially on the FIM plant. I figure I will take 2 cuttings from plant1 and 4 from plant 2.


AND! I just had to throw in a pic of my new hookah :mrgreen: That thing has gotten me unbelievably high, lol.

I added a large fan that is constantly going and now the lights are cool to the touch and the plants aren't getting all burnt out anymore...
