First Grow (Experiment)

Looking good TJ. Keep training it and those lateral shoots will start shooting up filling the empty spaces. These ones are 44 days old today and we're vegged under that 33w LED 4' Shop Light from Walmart that I told you about. Looking good but don't be quick to LST and bend branches. Let them fill out a lil then pull them down when you see potential under growth. Your plant looking a lil too bare but that can be from your defoliation. But I like to let mines grow tall so she reaches for the light and gets closer and then when you train she will rush them branches back towards the light.

Nice plants, but idk if you have a ph balance of nutrient problem but your plant ooks a lil too dark green. In vegg my plant look exactly the same as your and I added Dolomite lime and she straight lighting up the new growth.

Ahh yess I pick had to pick off the dead leaves but now that I fixed her up and I tied her down etc etc now I’m just gonna let her grow and stop bothering her cause the more you bother her the more I might fuck her up lol but thanks for the feed back guys!

It must have been the lighting because my plants are actually kinda of a yellowish green but more on the greener side

Hope you get some decent smoke off her TJ. Just spent most of last night transplanting my beast from the 5 gallon bucket to a storage tote. Then after that I had to mount the scrog net to the wall with straps then gently lower it to put the legs on the other end. PITA by yourself. Then weaving and tucking branches. Updated pics will be in my grow log later. She turned into a beast since the last time you saw her. She was the plant on the left. Unfortunately the one on the right turned out to be a male, so had to trash it it plus all it's clones. But still got my clones from my beast plus just started some Gorilla Glue #4 & some Bubblegum. Gonna flip the lights back on the beast within the next few days. Need to move the clones and their lights out of that room and put them in the other room first. Keep growing, and keep learning...

Good luck on your GG and Bubblegum grow OldSchoolGrower.
The last post I posted was when I was growing the girls inside. Unfortunately I had to grow her outdoors because my gramps transplanted it into the ground.
I had 2 plants but one of them was a male
I let the male grow and I collected its pollen
She’s been looking really healthy and has 8 main tops.
My gramps transplanted it into the ground near the fence in my backyard. It gets direct sunlight in the morning and near the afternoon it’s shaded by a small tree but still gets a lot of sunlight.
The purpling started during the transition over to flower most likely due to lowered temperatures 50*f-60*f
I’m just letting her grow and keeping an eye out for any symptoms.
I want to make seeds just so I can keep growing for fun and possibly just to throw some of the seeds around to see if they’ll grow or not without human interaction.
My second grow I’m definitely growing indoors and getting some quality seeds but for now I’m just having fun.

Even though it's in flower, if you have any smaller lower branches that won't produce much. You can cut them and clone them under 24 hours of light and they will reveg and you'll have a few clones off her to continue to work with.

Usually I wouldn’t cut nothing off during flower but I did any way and took a few clones. I only took a very little amount off so I don’t stress her and put her into shock. She looks healthy so it shouldn’t be much of a problem.bongsmilie

I also did some research on cloning during flowering, I never knew that was possible but I guess it’s called “Weed” for a reason.

Wish I was able to grow her better but she’s not bad for a first grow and I still got a long ways to go
About 2 weeks into flowering just letting her do her thing.
And I know not the best place to Plant a cannabis plant but she gets pretty good amount of direct sunlight until 5:00pm hit then a tree blocks some light.
But it’s good enough for seeds. Gonna experiment with it lol

She's lookin' great TJ. Love the purpling. Hoping to get clones and lighting moved today and set my time and flip my beast tonight. Can't wait to see that scrog net filled with buds. Gonna be long 8 weeks. Especially since doctor cut my meds from 120 to 60. Few choice words I want to scream about it.

Update pics
Pollinated 1 of the buds for some seeds.
Hopefully next time I can grow her offspring indoors I also have 3 clones of the main plant they just got transplanted into solo cups.
