First grow ever!! Auto hindu and Shortryder cfls

Whats ur setup?lights,medium,everything?

Right now im growing in pc grow box (homemade). (soft white)Using 3 small 13 watt(800 lumes) cfls with 1 24 watt(1200 lumes ). When they get bigger i am planing to replace the 13w with all 24w. Using MG poting soil atm. ( live in alaska not much of a choice were i live. Will get different soil for second grow-maybe-) Ill post a pick in my next update of my set up. Nothing special very noobie, but so far cant complain

well it looks like ur plants are stretching a little bit.how far are ur light away from them?cfls are supposed to be like 2-3 inches above the plants.those 13 watts arent gonna do much in the way of yield and neither will 24 for 2 plants.but thats how i started off lol,so i now how it is.growing is fun regardless,and which miracle grow soil r u using? just plain MG potting soil,im using the organic choice and im fine with miracle grow.

Well Hello again! Day 4 update.
i have replace the 13w with the bigger cfls and it looks like there about 3-6in away from the light. Waiting for further suggestions

Looking really cute.But the ligths r kinda far away,anyway to get them right above the plants like 2-3 incehs?as long as u put ur hand over the plants and it dosent burn ur fine.They r gonna stretch bad if u keep it this way it looks like.

But after all that ur doing good.hopefully thse strains turn out to be good,im switcihg to 12-12 tonight

no problem,.ive had stretch problems at first,but ull do fine ur setup is decent and shit so good luck,if u need help just ask!!!

How do you tell if there are stretching? that way in the future i can fix right away.

the stem will be really skinny and the plant will be really tall right away.my 2 plants r only 5 inches tall after 3 week s because i didnt let them stretch

yea they look about the same height which is good,and very cute looking btw!!!The reason the ones more advacnced then the other is because the seed shell was still on the one plant if i remember in ur other pics so thats prolly,but yea doing good keep i tup

Those Seedsman strains are vigorous growers. I'm currently growing the Kush, Great White Russian, and Blue. Here's a pic of my Kush at day 36.
