First Grow (DWC to a Flood/Drain)

Hey, I been here lurking around, reading, researching, and learning. I made a DWC set up with a 10g res and six bag seed.

Germ seeds in Rockwool.
9/22 put cubes in DWC set up
10/7 Changed res

Problem I was using tap and Vinegar for PH down (I Know I know). PH kept going very high erveryday and plants look like garbage now. Went out this morning and purchased the Ph Up/Down solution, H202 and a kit to do my Flood/drain table. Also some wood to make a cabinet.

Roots turned brown and now new white roots are sprouting everywhere. I need any guidance/suggestions you have. Im also still confused on the PPM thing how to increase/decrease or the range Im shooting for, I have a meter.

Set up: DWC
Lights: CFL
Nutes: FoxFarm

Edit: Im Flushing, I think....Im running distilled water only for a day then add nutes and such?

Started building me a cabinet this morning and purchased items for my flood/drain set up. Its 2 feet deep and 4 feet tall and I thing 4 feet and some odd inches wide. I gots to work tonight so doors and er'thing else will have to wait till tomorrow .

Checked this morning PH had dropped down to about 4 so I added PH up. Checked nutes ppm and it went from 785 ppm to 870 ppm.
Res temp is 70.
Cabinet temp is 75.

Should I increase the ppm? If so how do I correctly with FoxFarm nutes?
