I have refused to water more than once a day. If your soil is dry and crusty, especially 2 inches below the surface. . Then you should water.

I would water a decent amount and try your best to wait to water again for about 3 days at least. If you start to see leaves droop then you know you're overwatering. (Which isn't the amount you're watering but the frequency)

Hi.... Subbed ..... I would get a ph tester and just check that tap water just incase can lead to all sorts of problem if the ph is to high or low ..... And the more light the better especially with Cfls..... Good luck

I believe I've heard you need to watch your lighting with seedlings. Too much light can bake em!

Correct m8 , to much light for seedlings will bake them .... I was meaning when they are a big bigger ... My mistake for not explaining that right

6.2 is good ..... What sort of nutes are u going to use have u looked ? I use bio grow and it is easy to use and gives me good results ....

I'd wait on the first or second true nodes before you feed nutes. Also it depends on the soil you're using. Here are my nutes

The second one, I think I lost it. The tip of the first bottom leaf is yellow and seems to appear burned. Any ideas why? Also, why do I feel like they should be bigger by now?

They are 6 days old in those pictures and soil is organic mix (peat moss, vermiculite, perlite, and an organic wetting agent)[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]. I have them under a mixed spectrum light. (2x 5000k 800 lumens, 2x 6500k 900 lumens, and 1x 2700k 1600 lumens. [ 5,000 lumen total, mixed spectrum 2700k 5000k and 6500k]) These pics are today's (1 wk old). I have them on a lower light schedule, 18/6 now. Lights are about 5-6 in away. Temp stays around 79-82 F and I don't know humidity level but I will. What do you think is wrong with them. They aren't growing taller (leaves are getting longer though) and the tips of the bottom leaf seem to be burnt or something.

The leaves in the first pic look okay. How often are you watering? You haven't fed any nutes & are you positive there's no nutes in the soil?
