First time grower here
LOVED this project, glad it’s not yet over. Took a risk and planted three different strains which I BELIEVE are Northern Lights, Green Power and a mystery strain which looks Sativa dominant.
Today they are 55 days into flowering and the Northerns and Green powers look like they could be done next weekish. Unfortunately the sativas will be harvested at the same time because I do not have a space where I could keep’em going. Noobie mistake with that.
Planted in soil, feeding biobizz grow and bloom, now on Flawless Finish. Using a 600w HPS, had a small led in the beginning as well.
Bought a minimicroscope to look at the trichromes, boy is it hard to see with it but somehow I managed
also used a x10 magnifying lens with my phone’s camera. Trichromes looking like plastic, or most of them, a few glassy ones here and there. Started flushing 2 days ago.
One of the Northerns had a bit of an issue with nutrients, I think it didnt need as much as I gave (went with about 75% of what the biobizz schedule said) so I cut the nutes down and it did not get worse.
The scent of the buds is sensational, especially the Green power - so fruity and YUM and am quite happy with size as well!
