First Grow, Bagseed, Should i flower now?

So, after a few failed attempts at hydro for my first go and i finally decided to try soil, which is WAYYY easier, but i have a few questions.

First, ive been vegging for almost 4-5 weeks, i am using 10 6500k cfls for now, all 30 watt actual, just switched to a mixture of 2700k and 6500k, my roots are reaching the bottom of the drain holes in almost all of the pots, im afraid of them finding there way out and harming my grow, i cant transplant because i dont have toooo much space or anymore pots for right now, so i was wondering if it would be fine for me to flower now

i think my biggest one(i transplanted FROM hydro when it wasnt rooting), has @ least 6 nodes, also whats up with the burnt one, i had it pretty close to the light, but idk if its nute burn or light burn because its on another leaf that wasnt as close

Yep throw them into flowering now! They look good.

Nice grow man dont panic and do too much make sure and follow The feeding chart even though ur not using full strength and stick to it don't get tempted and give nutes inbetween

Oh and about flowering if you have space you can veg a bit longer remember that you devide your grow space in 3 when you reach that height you can start vegging but if you want to you can go ahead if you choose
