first grow and need help

these have been in veg. for about 3 weeks. all started in soil and transferd to drip setup. i was wondering how big should they shoulod be before going into flowering. also are these healthy? they look like it to me but its my first time. i also have a couple in pots same questions for those too.

vegg a bit longer 4-6 weeks.
they look fine for 3 weeks.
another 2-3 weeks will make a big difference.
