Are there any special gradening tips I can use. Scrog? LST? lollypop? I know it may be too late but id love to learn all the techniques and what can benifit my setup.
Hopefully now I use up all my closet space :)

Edit: sorry the small pics. See how the left plants leaves are drooping a little? Is that fine? I have a small one from seed on the left side by the airpump that im going to top when it gets a little bigger just for fun. Notice no more CFLs and the aerogrow hood tossed to the side? its now a 215 dollar pump.. oh well.

So im like a month in. and to sum up the aerogarden already. Yes it grows well, a beginner who has no clue would prosper with this with a lil help. But if your enclined to be doing a technical grow, save your money and spend it on other things like better testers and such. I would have never grown if it wasnt for this, it makes it easy but in the end I wanted alot more than the aerogarden has to offer.

Also Should I be running the pumps all day or just a certain number of hours? Do they still take in nutrients in the dark?

The rockwool cubes have been soaked this whole process. Would they grow faster if they dried out a little bit?

i have my 100mh about 6" away from my plants and a fan taking all the hot air out right above it. closer the better. i would try to take clones if you dont have any so you can have more plants later. you need more nutes when flowering so try to figure out how much for what ever you got

And no worry about clones, I got the club a half hour drive away stocked everyday with em:)

I want to try a SOG method with more plants next!!!

sea of green is a nice set up. put a net in their and it will help hold up your plants when they get heavy from flowering

Update: Those big leaves I said were drooping are turning yellow are not lookin so hot. Can I pull them off? They seem to be dieing and robing light from the smaller growth underneath.

On a side note with the SOG
when do you start that? during vegin?
How many plants you think I could grow in the aerogarden with that light? I have 2 and 1 small seedling and there is still enough room for I think one or two more. Its a 1gal resivour.

They are yellowish, still green but the whole leaf is starting to curl downwards on a few of them. Wouldnt nute burn hit the lower leaves first? Im at 2000ppm and I havnt gave them much more than their last feeding.

Update today: I got another air pump rated at 40gallons per hour(minute?IDK), my last one was a 10gph haha. I also bought an airwand to try out. In the end i kept the two small airstones in and added the airwand but put the airwand on the 10gph pump. This should give alot of air off of two pumps.

Im pretty shure its not burning. Is it possible they are just old? 2nd pic the 2nd set of leaves seem to be just too big compared to the rest of the plant.

The leaves are dry but not burned crisp, compared to the feel of the newer leaves. So check this
Grow Marijuana FAQ, Cannabis cultivation - marijuana growing tips & photos

So in that article it says that the big old leaves tend to yellow and curl down. The stems also turn purple which is right on with what my guys are experiencing. The article also says that when the leaves get big and do that they end up taking away from the plant.

So id like to hear your guys opinion. And yes, I read that entire article.. time to burn:joint:

Edit they are probally atround 1700ppm because the water was at 2or300 already

Its a MH which kinda bugs me cuz i wanted a HPS. But its working fine. I havnt seen much growth so i lowered the light a little.

I removed those big leaves that were curling and yellowing. It just seems like a tell tale sign somethings wrong with them since the rest of the plant is fine. It also gave light to the shelf below which was what I wanted.

Since I didnt get a forshure feedback I figured Id do what I think was right. Worst that can happen is I kill them, start over and learn something from it. But lets hope that dosnt happen!!

na cutting off some leave wont kill em they will be fine. im running a mh bulb like you and it does fine but you have to get it close to the plants but dont burn em
