This is my first grow I'm using a yield master II 6" fixture and a 400w switchable ballast right now I'm using MH. So far I have started these from seed. 2 of them have stretched, I had them under T8 fluorescents and they haven't shown much growth since I transplanted them.

hey, move that 400w closer you'd be surprised how close you can get it, I had mine around 6" away with decent air circulation between the plants and light, and make sure not to over water, if the growth is stunting you could be over watering. You can get some killer plants off a 400w!
Thanks for the advice I wasn't sure how close I could put it.
I have 3 new sprouts and plan to just veg these 7. I hope to find females. I heard they don't show sex until 1st week of flowering is this true?

there were holes forming on the end of the leaf so I cut it off. i havent noticed any insects so i dont know what it could be but it doesnt seem to be effecting it too much. I have been misting them about once a day though, and watering about every 3-4
