i dont know anything about how to operate this site but i'll try to figure out..Dude i put a side by side comparison of the same plant on my journal.. The big one is from my other room.. All conditions are equal except its been in bud about 10 days longer... The LED one (sad one) is supposed to be done in 14 days....not gonna be happening.. i dont trust what people put on here anymore.. i saw you following Dunits grow but you have blackstar so i'll follow you and see if there's any difference..Sorry, I'm not trying to stress you out.. keep it up.. scrog will definately get better results because the only bud i can trim is the very top

Sup Dalamar? This grow journal you are viewing is not even the Blackstar model. It is a light from the same company. I was skeptical about LEDs also, so I wanted to do a trial run with this light. I was pretty happy with it so I bought the Blackstar model for my grow tent. I started another journal, but that one is on hold because I had problems with parasites on my new clones, so I returned it right away. I should be getting a call from the dispensary any day telling me that either Fire OG clones came in or the $100 OG clones. Once I get new clones, Ill start that journal up again.

I am in the middle of my grow, and I am pretty happy so far. Since I was such a skeptic, I decided to pick a bushy plant and use the SCROG method so light penetration wouldn't be an issue. My Grow tent grow will not be a SCROG so we will see how the Blackstar performs. This journal is all legit, no funny games. I follow KUSHGROVE and DUNIT's LED journals. You should message DUNIT, because his grow is Delicious! Goodluck bro!

Flower Day 13:

Im really running out of room in this little cramped grow box. Hopefully this big girl will stop stretching, and start filling up. I am about 3-4 inches away from my light and I have no more room to raise it. I am contemplating about using some fishing wire and fishing weights to hold down some of the taller branches. Besides that issue, shes very green and healthy.

$100 for og clones? Jesus i would quit growing and just sell clones... I got that strain too, but its real tall.. it stretches a couple feet as soon as it goes into bud.. Most guys i know dont care to grow it even though its so good when finished..but if you start it early it could cut down veg time drastically..I don't know if i can message Dunit, he's the reason i bought those lights so i'm feeling pretty jaded.. and i've lost my trust..i'll quit bitching about my experience and check your progress.. i'm just used to getting at least 2 oz a plant.. if you do good then i'll maybe retry my grow but i've done everything the same as i always do..My other plants are fine... but i hope yours works out..i'd like to see how the og goes for ya, i did that organic and people shit when they tried it, and the smell..perfect.. peace

and i have to admit..yours is further along than mine was at the same day... i just can't figure what else it could be..i've got 14 plants under those 2 lights and none of them look good....if you get full size buds i'm gonna be baffled..

Lmao Dalamar! My clones were not $100 each! That is just the name of the strain here in .....almost slipped, where I live. lol My clones were $10 each. They make up all these crazy names for the OG Kush clones they have. Fire OG, $100 OG, SFV OG, Recon OG... I don't really know all the difference, but I know when I buy my meds, the $100 OG is the strongest OG Kush they have.

Really sorry about your progress with your babies! 14 plants under 2 magnums with a total power draw of 360 does not sound like much to me. Maybe a third light? How far are you keeping your lights from your plants? Keep checking out the progress of both my grows, im just going thru the LED experience as we speak. Hopefully it goes well! So far so good.

Day 18 of Flower:

Ran out of room in this little cramped box. Bad idea using such a small enclosure. Im risking the tops of my plant bleaching, but I cant do much..If they start touching the light, Ill have to tie fishing wire and weights to pull it back down. Hopefully there is no more stretching and will start filling up.

Sup Tricks? The crystal production has definitely started up the last couple of days, so has the smell. The signature smell of the OG is prevalent. I think over the next few days Ill see more crystals appearing. I started giving my Plant BUD XL last feed so we should start seeing the Buds fattening up!

I have like 8-9 colas forming that are 14 inches tall

12 colas that are 8-9 inches tall

You ever considered doing a 12/12 grow from seed? Cut off all the veg time. You just stick as many small pots in there as you can.
That box would prolly produce more per grow. Either way it looks good sleezy1. Your impressing me with that led.

Hey tricks! This growbox was my first led grow and I bought this grow box for my led experiment. It performed so well I bought another light and started another larger grow. Check it out in my signature. I'm 16 days into veg. I will use the growbox in the future for clones and small vegging plants.

Oh, just saw your latest pix. Looks really good so far. I'm impressed indeed by that light.

Constructive criticism time:
The screen was a little too high in my opinion. That OG looks like it has a stronger sativa presence than the one I'm growing, hence the height.

Also, a scrog is better suited for a wider grow space with more area to fill up. Scrogging and training are methods of keeping the plant as low as possible to control the height of those stretchy stalks. This results in a low bush intended to grow wider instead of taller. Your box is very vertically oriented, not great for scrogging.
