First Grow, 12/12 Violator Kush, Red Diesel

Just began day One of flowering, I vegged for 32 days. I didn't start the journal till flower but figured better late than never. I enjoy all the feedback and encourage people to post any advce or feedback, it would be much appreciated. I currently have:
3 violator Kush
1 Red Diesel
2 Power Skunk
1 Big Bang

The mixture was not the best idea as the skunks are growing much taller (as I figured) and needed to be bent, so they were not so close to the light.

My soil and nutrients:
Fox Farm Ocean Forest in 5 gallon pots
Fox Farm Trio Grow Big, Big Bloom, Tiger Bloom

I was using a 600w Halide for Veg and I am now using the 600w HPS for flower.

I am growing in a closet about 4x5x8, so far everything has seemed to fit fine.

I am watering when they need it usually every day, day and a half.

Did you start the seeds in the foxfarm ocean forest?? Also, when did you start adding nutes to the soil? Thanks. I am at your stage now too. Did you go by the feeding chart and start off with 2tblespoons of the Big Bloom?

I started the seeds in rapid rooters, in a humidity dome. Then to the Ocean forest. I started the Grow Big one watering after they were in the soil. I used a little under HALF of the recommended dosage, I did that every other for the first week and a half then I upped to half a recomended dosage, every other feed, then in the last couple weeks I went 3/4 recomended dosage every time. I started adding the big bloom 2 weeks before flowering at HALF recomended dosage.

The first feed during flowering I used the Tiger bloom and Big Bloom at 3/4 recommended dosage, for the red diesel, big bang and power skunks. For the violator Kush I used just water and a nutrient called Purple MAXX. Somewhat new stuff, I'm trying that out.

All the doses I talked about were based on the feeding chart recommened dosings.

I used a smal dosage of Prple MAXX with the ksuh, I will see in a couple months the results.

Everything is going rather smoothly, I gave the red diesel an extra cup of feed on the day after being fed, I was distrated while talking to my roomate, and watered the wrond one, it actually looked like it took it nicely and sprung up a little more, but we will see.

The combination of the FF Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom and the Purple Maxx have produced a slight nute burn on the tip of some of the leaves. I'm going to lay off the Purple Maxx next feeding.

I tied the Violator Kush to the stakes to support the future buds, (which get rather heavy on this particular strain, I'm told).

Everything is looking solid right now, no problems as of late, the buds on the kush are starting to take shape and grow.

Ive cut my nuts down to every other feed.

All in all not too much new to say, just some pics to look at, enjoy and feel free to comment.

UPDATE: Both power skunk went male, they were the freebies from attitude, so its not so, so bad. A little less flavor to enjoy, but lets just hope the other ladies stay true.

Sorry about the lack of updates to anyone kind enough to be giving feedback, I've been busy and sick a few days :spew:

so I havent been writing much.

They are looking healthy on day 22, The violator Kush are really starting to thicken out and the Red Diesel is getting tall and showing more dominant sativa characteristics and really filling out and is already taking on that fruity aroma of the red grapefruit. The big Bang is looking solid but the violator and diesel def take the cake right now.

Ive been on a not so consistent feeding schedule of nuts and no nuts, watering every 2-3 days. Using Purple Maxx and the FF trio.

I bent the red diesel and the big bang to even out the canopy as tehy were getting larger, these pics will not show the bends, they were takedn 2 days ago. As always fedback and any tips or thoughts is encouraged and appreciated, Here are some pics (they aren't great but Ill get more pics in a bit and thanks for viewing

I had a little scare thinks one of my ladies was going herm, but some kind folk pointed out that she seemed alright, the lady in question was my Big Bang, which is actually growing quite well.

The three violater kush are filling in nicely and taking a musty sort of smell.

My favorite so far is the Red Diesel, I only took one in favor of the violator, when I split up the seed with my buddy. I wish I took more. It is looking very healthy with a nice cola forming. The smell is a more fruity smell than I would have thought, very nice.
