First Grow, 10 days. Check it out (Pics)

These are my babies at 10 days in the soil. How do they look? I think they are par as far as growth but I was not satisfied so I picked up some root hormone and added it in yesterday when I watered.

I have 2 150 HPS lights that I dropped in tonight. I will show pics of them when I get some kind of reflector made (its a little ghetto rigged right now).

I appreciate any feedback.

how do you power your computer fans?

Im using a 12v AC adapter from walmart. $13 in the electronics department. It even includes a volt selector on it 12v, 6v, etc..

Nothing wrong with those babies! A pair of 150w hps may be overkill for such small plants, make sure you don't have em too close and fry your girls.
What lights were you using before? HPS isn't ideal for veg, it may make them stretch as it has less of the blue light plants require at this stage.
Rooting hormone is to promote rooting when taking clones, and is applied directly to the cut stem of the plant, I'm not sure it will do much if it's just added to the water... Let us know if you notice any effects, I'm interested to see this.

Yea I took the HPS out. I am setting up a larger flower chamber that I will put those in. The rooting hormone had a few applications. You mix one tsp into a gallon of water and saturate the soil with it. Those were per the directions on the bottle. It also claims you can do this a few more times until you get the desired results.

But it does say using it conjuction with your watering will promote "vigerous growth"
