First gro hydro- need response

how much space do i need per plant for the roots if i am growing hydro

6 in.? 1 ft.?

I wouldn't make plants share a container...

as for the room they need to grow a plant a certain size... who knows? Check my sig' and try and help me figure out the answers.

not shure with hydro in soil its about 1 gal per foot

Rule of thumb is one plant per square foot ... minimum. I have seen single cola SOG grows that use four plants per square foot though. Each single cola reaches 18" at harvest and produces between 1/4 and 1/2 ounce each. That was a real pro growing like this though. His grow was simply amazing. 120 plants, same strain (Legend's Ultimate Indica), all exactly the same size at harvest.

it depends on the system if its dwc with only one plant well its your choice but the container would be about 4-5 gals per plant
