Someone gave me an AG Classic because I told them I love basil and would love to grow my own...HA!!! I think I might have found a better use than that. I gotta do it kinda cheap and upgrade over time, but that's the name of the game right?
So here is what I have to start with....
I have a plywood box that's 40 inches tall, 2 ft long and 2 ft wide with my AG in it. I have made my own ghetto vent system, but it's doing the job. I'm thinking I need a carbon filter eventually. I was thinking small ionic breeze as well...any ideas on that would be awesome. There are 4 extra 27W CFL's in the Box as well. There is an air stone inside the AG. I have realized I can get a longer one, so I will be investing in that this week.
Now for the seeds....Basic Bagseed to start...what I do know about these seeds is they came from a bag of dark purple that was actually quite tasty.
I started them on Friday, and was able to place three in the AG last night. I have them on a 24/0 schedule for the first two weeks, then switch to 18/6. I think I'm going with GH Nutes...but am looking for organic options as well. I have 10 days, it should be fine.
I'm really hoping I'm blessed with the family green thumb. I love to smoke, plus medically it has done great things for my life. I thought it's time to save a little dough and grow my own. I appreciate any help, suggestions.

. Let me know what nutes you end up getting and their results. I think im just gonna use the aero nutes and pump for the first time around and not buy anything else besides a ph tester. Good luck
