First CFL grow very simple

first grow got two plants in two seperate 12 in pot with moisture holding MG soil mixed up for drainage. white widow about 2 inches tall with 3 quarter sized leaves and pride of amsterdam is yet to sprout after only 2 days. i'll post pictures soon. i have a 150 watt cfl in one reflector and two 100 watt cfls in another which is over white widow they both put out 2000 lumens a piece. one of the new leaves rolled up like a cigar but isn't dried out or nything mayb Mg def?
